banned without a reason, and support wont look at my appeal
i was banned over a week ago, posted my ban appeal in the correct area i was supposed to.
says i have to wait 1-2 days for it to be noticed. 1 week goes by and nothing. i was banned for a false reason and i have proof from my friends. i know it was probably from "advertising boosts" but i told my friends in game i was going to help my friend out to get ready for day 1 we were all prepped except for him and i wanted to help. so please i would like my appeal to actually be noticed by someone so i might even have a chance to get into final shape and do the raid with my friends

Security does not review the forums and the only help the forums can provide is referring to the Ban policy and Appeal link. Keep in mind, as stated on the form, there is no guarantee of reply or that a ban will be overturned. They will typically reach out only if they need further information or if the ban was found to be improperly placed and they over turn it.

1 ReplyEdited by viiTactiiCZz: 5/23/2024 10:01:21 PMIs it a game ban or an LFG ban? If its an LFG ban then the appeal form will do nothing and they'll just tell you that you are in the wrong place. You would contact the Ninjas for that. If its a game ban, you aren't guaranteed a response/unban, if 4-6 weeks go by without the ban being lifted then its very likely already been reviewed, denied, and they forgot to close the ticket. Avoid going off the 'last activity' as with Zendesk that generally means that its the last time since someone replied to it or the ticket was reassigned/closed.
