It’s so grindy and feels super out of place with how far weapon upgrading has come. Not to mention, almost no one ever works on it gradually (which is how it seems it was intended to be completed). 90% of people just take it into Shuro Chi or wherever and bang it all out at once, so there’s no reason for it to even be a thing anymore.
