PLATFORM: PlayStation 5, but have seen it happen on PC as well. ISSUE: Combination blow on arc hunter doesn't refresh on melee kills on champions or minibosses. REPRO STEPS: Easiest method is to go into a nightfall and try proccing combination blow on the closest champion. Nothing special needed to be done to see the issue. ACTUAL RESULT: Combination blow only seems to be refreshing on red bars and certain yellow bars. EXPECTED RESULT: Combination blow should be refreshing on every punch kill no matter the level of the enemy. This issue has been in the game for at least one season at this point of posting.
