A friend and I ran through the Zero Hour quest to get the crafted outbreak perfected. I grabbed the quest from ada-1 and saw the schematic pop up on screen after we beat the boss. when i loaded into the tower to talk to ada the quest was gone. I found the quest in my abandoned quest kiosk and the quest reset so now I have to run the mission again.
