My rant about how people leave the fireteam for hard activities
All I wanna do is the grandmaster nightfall so I Create a post on the in game lfg once I get people and if we die they instantly leave which I hate same for the Xbox lfg and for my Xbox lfg post I say my first grandmaster,and for the stuff I put patience and no leaving allowed but they still leave and all I am asking is that whenever you read my post it says have Patience on the in game lfg post also the Xbox lfg post plus no rage quits because I hate when people leave the fireteam

Had good luck with LFG for the most part. Once in a while you get the spoiled blueberry. That said I stay away from hosting or playing experienced only. So groups tend towards the mentality of chill open players willing to teach.

2 RepliesI was going to say set Fireteam Finder at LVL 10 minimum, it never fails. By 10 they've at least proved they can tackle some of the harder stuff solo. At 7, no offence, you could be a 10 year player or a 10 day player.

5 deaths within the first few minutes of a GM, I'd probably leave too. No champion mods? Leave Bad loadouts? Potential leave.

1 ReplyPutting "No leaving allowed" in a post is like hanging a no diving sign at your pool. You can have the "rule", but anybody that rule applies to was going to care about it in the first place. Sorry people keep dipping on you. That does suck.

I mean, a team wipe is everyone's fault, so those people left because they couldn't accept responsibility for their poor performance. They also expected a random team of LFG players to do it one the first try... Johnny Skillz needs to check their expectations haha.

The harder mode pantheon be like this too. 1 guy died and rq, moments later followed by the remaining players leaving one by one. Hard to find and get good dedicated players to stay longer.

Edited by hopesfall2own: 5/20/2024 4:26:28 AMi laughed last night during oryx exalted.. it was 4 of us + 2 lfg's.. struggled getting platinum on caretaker, probably 90 mins, it was dumb but people wanted plat anyways, we get to macrocosm, one of the lfg guys volunteered to do planets - ok cool he asked what are the callouts.. i said me and my clanmate will use our own callouts, you and your partner can use whatever you want my guy took 30 seconds to think and just left w/o a word, so -blam!- dumb lol what 1 set of runners use has absolutely no bearing on what you use.. if we use 1/23 and you use blue/yellow/orange what the -blam!- does it matter as long as you and your partner know the calls typical lfg experience though

5 RepliesFew tips. Put specifically looking to be sherpa'd on your post. Some people are looking for clears and aren't looking to teach. Also if you've been running your titan through, you need to switch up your build. Specifically you have to have an exotic equipped. People do check what build your running. And if it doesn't look like your build is gonna work, they'll dip pretty fast. Same with weapons. Snipers aren't really meta. Look up some good build guides on YouTube. Also watch gm clears on YouTube as well. So you know the spawns. Lfg is always going to be pretty flakey. Just gotta keep trying until you find a group that meshes well.
