Nah, Osmiomancy is pretty worth it. Stasis is in a rough spot after the Stasis Armor nerf, but it's still worth using. Personally, I mix and match Darkness. If you're going to run Stasis for Osmiomancy, then run Strand weapons. Wishkeeper is pretty great if you just want to immobilize everything. If you need the extra defence, go Vexcaliber. Glaives are actually pretty legit on Warlock overall, especially Stasis and Void in my experience. Vexcaliber will do a bit more by giving you Overshields to replace Stasis Armor, increasing survivability. Otherwise, pretty much anything goes. Just build into grenade recharge. As long as they hit, they'll recharge your grenades pretty quick, however I've had a lot of issues this season where the Coldsnaps completely ignore nearby enemies, so that's something to keep an eye on.
