The incoming Deconstruct nerf is a little too aggressive
Deconstruct as of this moment refunds 10% of the mags ammo from thin air rounded up for hits equal to 50% of the mag +2 if the mag is 1 and it will not work with mag overflowing perks. It also offers 40% extra damage to vehicles.
As of this moment Deconstruct in most scenarios acts like an inconsistent Triple Tap where it refunds ammo every 4 to 5 shots or in very few cases refunds ammo every 1-2 shots essentially offering infinite ammo or double the inventory.
As a counter to the upcoming change I'd really like to see Deconstruct essentially be an explosive weapon's Triple Tap. Refund 1 ammo per 3 shots hit directly excluding explosive damage hits, continue loading from reserves at the current rate including explosive damage hits, and maintain the current 40% extra damage to vehicles.
For most weapons Deconstruct isn't overpowered Edge Transit with Deconstruct still drops behind Bait and Switch since the bosses designated as vehicles are in the single digits, and Indebted Kindness gets maybe 2 refunded shots per magazine. Tusk of the Boar is probably the only weapon that actually gets outright infinite ammo. The perk needs to be made consistent not killed before it's had any real fun in the sun
