If you ever make a post that rightfully points out overtuning in the game, like the new Zero Hour on Legend for example and someone comments ‘skill issue’, just look at the stat tracker for their seasonal levels.
The vast majority of the time, you will see that this person claiming ‘skill issue’ is a Paragon, has an average seasonal level of 300s and 400s and has a bunch of raid titles done; a poor, sorry soul that really doesn’t have anything better to do with their time than play Destiny, and clearly doesn’t know that many, MANY other, much better games exist.

If you have a right to post in a public forum, others have a right to comment within that forum. In regards to your topic, I don't think Zero Hour Legend is overtuned, but I will say that I personally feel the Legend timer is a bit tight. Maybe a couple more minutes allotted would do the activity good. But at the same time, it might be a skill issue on my end, and I acknowledge that and will just work harder and getting more efficient. -
Skill issue. Also before you check, i have no raid titles, no dungeon titles, im not GR11 and so what if my season rank is high its easy to get up. Your move Mr. Skill Issue.

Stat shaming is stat shaming. You're the pot calling the kettle black.

It's a forum that caters to people who have nothing better to do then insult others and compare genitalia size. Usually the smaller the size the bigger the mouth.

Some people want a more relaxed experience, others want more challenging content. Both are fine — it’s pretty clear that Bungie makes Destiny for both types of player. We shouldn’t expect everyone to want to play the game in the same way. We shouldn’t expect every activity to be geared towards ourselves.
-
To be fair 90% of the time for people on these forums it is a skill issue, if I can have. Afirend come back after not playing for about 3 years and him clear zero hour no problem it's not to hard
-
We get it, you refuse to actually improve at the game and just want to whine
-
But see there is no "rightfully" lol. It's just your opinion, which is subjective, and therefore not "right" so you're not rightfully pointing out anything. You're stating how you feel about something, which is fine. If many, MANY other, much better games exist, maybe play those if this one feels too difficult? Idk. You didn't have anything better to do than make this post, apparently lol.

My friends are brand new to destiny as of March, and they both ran through legend zero hour with me and stayed with me the whole time. They're even getting pantheon runs in (efficient ones too). It all depends on what you use and how much research into god rolls/builds you're willing to do. Takes an hour or two to build a really nice setup, but pays off tenfold in damage and survivability. Cannot recommend this more to anyone struggling.

I think the devil angel on Kronks shoulder made you write this.

I thought I had seen it all in the forums until I saw this post. Yikes..

You’re not wrong, but you also are wrong. This is the most aim assisted “sit back point somewhere and -blam!- dies instantly” alien shooter that was ever created. Anyone thats not drunk, high or has other disabilities or is simply old (above 40/50) should have no issue looking at the radar, finding a critspot and letting loose. That combined with the best or a good loadout catered to the activity within Destiny 2 (Yes good loadouts take time to gather I do declare) should have no issues at all whatsoever I know how easy D2 is when playing a non aim assisted gamez

The way a lot of you complain on here makes it sound like you have not played any game other than destiny either. "Hard difficulty is hard, nerf it so i can beat it" "puzzles are too hard, remove them so i can beat them" "jumping is too hard, remove jumping sections" This game is easy. You people complaining about the difficulty and challenges in this game are sad. If you are bad doing these things in destiny, you are bad at doing anything in every video game you play.

Skull issue.

Fight fire with fire. Great. Thanks.

So, I get the rationale, and obviously people just saying "skill issue" is neither helpful nor is it even attempting to view the other person as a fellow human being, but you do have to understand that the challenging content is supposed to be challenging. It's difficult for a lot of players to feel fulfilled if there isn't some inherent challenge to the activity, and before you say it, no, self imposed challenged like "running through with all blues and a bad subclass setup" are not the same thing. For players who get to that high level, if there isn't a challenge, it all becomes monotonous, samey grind fests. And those players are not having trouble with zero hour. Most of those players are capable of soloing zero hour.

Perhaps a different tack is needed rather than questioning someone's skill so how about this: Instead of creating a post claiming that an activity that's a day or less old is overtuned, make some practice attempts; no one is expected to complete it on their first try. Zero Hour will be available for three weeks after which it'll likely be moved to the Exotic Rotator. What would the game be like if everyone finished everything their first try, on the first day, solo? Boring as hell and people would next be making posts about how they have nothing to do because they'd have done it all already. Challenge is a good thing; it gives us something to overcome. Otherwise, it holds no value.

Season 300 isn't a flex, 6 month season. I'm over 500 in 2 months by just playing normaly. I've seen people 3000+
-
God forbid people actually enjoy playing the game and have enough brain cells to complete mildly difficult content. Bitter casuals like you are always on the forums crying for this or that all the while hating on anyone bettter than themselves and labeling them as toxic elites when offered any form of criticism or counter argument. Much better games exist and yet here you are complaining on the d2 forums. Interesting.
-
The skill issue responders always have no personal skills themselves whatsoever, they're just toxic trolls.

Edited by Zoidberg: 5/16/2024 1:05:53 AMAs one of the described player there, I actually agree. That mission on normal is overtuned.
-
I have a even easier solution….ignore ! I just don’t understand will who get upset at another random persons opinion ….it’s just words . Most people who judge and throw insults are low intelligence so again very easy to ignore .

No life issue

This game breeds toxicity. Faster than a rabbit has bunnies. Just look at the comments below for further convincing. Don't let this game upset you OP. Or anything about it. Play for fun and that's it.
