Luna's Howl Impossible Roll
Apparently you can get heal clip and incandescent on luna's howl as I've seen other people with it, but I must be getting close to 100 luna's howls without a single heal clip incandescent roll, how is that even possible, your rng sucks...

How many perk combos are there, what's the chance of getting the weapon you've attuned to? How many drops did you actually have. Look, you are complaining about rng so I would expect an actual analysis here. Stochastics, mate.

Craft the pulse with the leaves on it from Riven, solar one. Make it have heal clip+ incandescent. Use it while playing Onslaught for a while or any activity. You’ll get a bunch of lunas with either or both afterwards. Don’t wanna believe me? Fine. But at least try it. Ive been gettint BRAVE rolls with the perks i have in my vault on other guns mostly. Up to you to try it out. Other option is the Crotas End AR Goodluck guardian. And don’t try to argue with me on this, it is just a friendly tip you can try or not try, the choice is all yours :)

I got one first day luna came back, it has crap perks besides heal clip and incandescent,haven’t seen one drop since with these perks..i had 8 shiny ones too and only one good one for pvp

Took me over 125 Luna drops before I finally got one and the range is A$$ on it.
