Game chat doesnt work for a friend
The whole time I've played Destiny 2 with him (3 years or more) his game chat hasn't worked. He hasn't been able to hear anyone on Destiny the whole time he's played he has stated. I have tried to help him through his in game settings, desktop settings and steam settings. They are all the same as mine. He can see text, he cannot see microphones moving but when he uses his mic, everyone can hear. Does anyone know what else to do here? As we find it hard to do raids due to lack of communications. Would appreciate any help. Thank you !

Hello there, Thanks for reporting. We launched a mandatory "date of birth" screen in Destiny 2. This is a one-time ask. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat.
