I purchased the final shape + annual pass but it shows I don't own it?

I ordered the final shape + annual pass months ago and received the ghost shell and tessellation with the emote but nothing else. and when I check to see the expansions I own it says I don't own it and takes me to the purchase screen to re-buy it? I spent over a hundred dollars on this and don't even have the ship/sparrow that come with the expansion purchase, let alone the screen and playstation saying I don't own it. any help from the bungie support team would be great cause Playstation isn't being helpful either

If that's unsuccessful, then be aware that some platforms cancelled/refunded pre-orders after Bungie announced their release date change late last year. Playstation should have sent you an email about your pre-order. You can check your pre-order status with the Playstation Store.
