Can't focus Rose despite having done placements and having a rank
I have a comp rank and was able to focus the Rose last week but after reset its grey, I've claimed the triumph and done the comp quest.

Was this ever resolved? I did 3 matches and I can focus Rose but the other 3 weapons are showing the "must finish your placement series matches" message and can't focus them even though I have done like 8-10 comp matches this week.

I am having this problem except with a twist as well. did 10 rounds on my warlock, 7 on titan, 7 on hunter and 3 of the 4 comp weapons are locked for me. I have been trying to figure out how to fix so I can get the strand pulse but idk what to do.

COME ON!!! wonder why the player base is what it is?? too many bugs, content is same as last year. great game but too many issues.

1 ReplyI’m also having this issue. I’ve done my placement series through its entirety last week, this week I have finished the three game challenge to earn a Deadlock. After that I completed next three game challenge to get an ascendant alloy. Still nothing. I did another game to reach 7 (just in case) and it’s still not letting me focus the comp weapons

Hey, I also have this problem, played lots of competitive games and still cant focus rose, claimed the triumph too. Not too sure about the comp quest but during my first week when I first did my placements I was able to focus the rose. Was wondering if anyone here was able to fix this.

For Reference (I am in Silver 1 after placements, did the new light quest, did my 3 weekly matches, and got the initial rose handcannon from the comp quest from Shaxx) Update : Did the extra 4 weekly matches "the weekly placements" (so 7 in total) and I am now able to focus the Rose handcannon.
