Hello everyone,
I just have a small issue regarding access to my account on psn. I cannot log in on my old account on ps platforms, so I would like to change my linked account without having to disable crossave, because I would rather not wait during the first 3 months of the new dlc. Is there a way to contact bungie's costumer support, in order to deal with this minor problem? I have failed to find contact info nowere online nor in old destiny 1's disk manual. I am sure that an organisation as impactfull as Bungie must have a way to solve minor inconviniences among the customer community, just as other companies do in the gaming industry.

PS: It seems that answers provide helpful information about my problem in concern. Although, in any case, I would like to have contact information of Bungie's support department.

3 RepliesYou need to work with PlayStation support to recover access to the account. Bungie will not forcibly deactivate Cross Save or unlink any accounts for security reasons.

To remove an account, all must be authenticated. If you can't authenticate one account, you must work with that platform to regain access. Once that is done, you must deactivate cross save, wait the mandatory silver cool down, and the mandatory deactivating cross save cool down. Both can NOT be shortened or removed. Each cool down is 90 days.
