Please Buff Loreley Splendor Helm
Maybe not to the pre-nerf stage (although I wouldn’t mind), but it feels underwhelming in most endgame situations. The exotic perk barely has time to kick in when you hit low health and you’re constantly killed. Perhaps adding an overshield just before the health regen kicks in?
In any case, please buff Loreley Splendor Helm 🙏

Precious Scar is pretty much the better version of the helmet, free Cure which is pretty much free heals on ALL subclasses and you can combine it with Surge burn weapons is a win

I never use it anymore. Precious Scars paired with Polaris Lance kills will keep you healed and alive. If I wanted better sunspots I would use Phoenix Cradle for 10 second long sunspots for healing or ad damage. If I just wanted the Barricade Heal then Crest of the Alpha Lupi does Heal on Barricade and isn't locked to Solar. Loreley barely does an emergency heal that doesn't function very well and won't keep you alive necessarily, better for low end PVE, nerfed to oblivion in PVP and useless in GM's or harder PVE.

The main power of this exotic is actually in its active use not the insurance policy. Fun fact when the low HP perk pops it actually dosn't count as you using your class ability. It will not activate things like Powerful Attraction and other mods associated. Now when using it actively you can get a list of benefits. #1 Sol Invictus gives you a TON of ability regen speed. If you use Towering Barricade you can create super safe spot to catch your breath or help you re position on a battle field. If you want to run Cure Grenades on bosses you can actually alternate between Barricade and cure to keep healthy the majority of the time. One final thing I will mention is you can run up to some bigger targets and plant your Barricade on them to not only disoriente them making it hard for them to attack, but you will also scorch them with the placed Sol Invictus. If you run throwing hammer you can then proceed to make this big enemy wish they had never been spawned. I use this tactic on solo warlords ruin.

Honestly should probably just be reworked. It's original effect was good but obviously too hard for bungie to balance I could definitely see several other effects instead if healing while staying in a similar ballpark

3 RepliesYou know that you can activate it yourself by using your barricade right? Dont just wait for it to automatically kick in when you're 1 shot, use your barricade to get restoration going before you get into danger. It's literally free restoration whenever you want, no kill needed.

Either needs to give Restoration X2 considering both x1 and x2 where nerfed heavily, or give Radiant alongside Restoration X1 so I can free up a fragment slot.
