Link account did not work for steam
I linked my PS5 account to my PC and it said that I successfully did it but every time I launch D2 it tells me to create a character. I checked my profile and it says that they are linked and my PS5 character is the only one active. i have been searching for like an hour on how to fix but no luck. when I try to get help it just sends me to forums that don't help. anyone got the contact customer support link bc when I type it into the search bar it just brings up 2 players named customer support lol. i want to join the PC gang but then this happens.

You have correctly chosen your PS5 characters to be active, which means if you're not seeing those characters when you log in on Steam, you are signing into a different account than the one you've linked to your setup. You will need to sign out and sign back in with the correct account that you've linked. This is a common problem with Steam since they allow players to create multiple accounts sharing the same email. The best way to avoid that issue is to sign in with your account's unique Steam profile name instead of using an email. You can check your login by signing into both Bungie.net and Steam using the same username and password. For help with accessing the right account, contact Steam Support.
