I cannot max my whisper because the first week whisper was bugged and people got alot of the whisper upgrade shooting the first oracle. Ive search for the first oracle each week and it's not there please patch this so i can shoot the first oracle and max my whisper of the worm. I can't even full upgrade the ship because it requires me to get all oracles. The very last oracle will not emerge unless the first one appear. Please fix this bungie or some destiny moderators!!!
