I am posting this on behalf of my friend, LML SPEC#5413
This is my friend's account. He HAD to have me post this because there was no other way for him to make a post.
He doesn't remember being prompted to verify his account. He can't use in-game voice chat/text. He's looked online and almost everything points to Bungie.net Help Forums to get his account verified. On his account (LML SPEC#5413), not this one, when he goes to submit a post he gets an error message saying "The request has failed; Your account does not meet the current requirements."
When he looks at his account settings under 'Email and SMS' there is a message saying "Settings are not available, please contact support help.bungie.net." But he can't contact Bungie help because his account isn't verified. If he could get some help with these issues that would be amazing.
