Week 2 Pantheon not registering Any platinum for Atraks encounter (see photo)
Week 2 for Pantheon is bugged. My group achieved platinum for Atraks, and didn’t receive credit for it. I’ve included the screenshot from my stream and from the triumph showing proof. We ran it twice. Please correct this.

It's not bugged, the triumph is getting a high score, not getting platinum. The time trial alone is not enough you need to score enough points from kills etc. PLUS get the platinum time trial to finish with over 500k.

if it says platnium on my screen, even if i dont ahve 500k points, it should give me the piece of the achievement no? just food for thought

1 ReplyHey there, Thank you for reaching us. Were you able to complete the encounter within the bonus time and defeat all enemies, including Tormentors? Players are getting the triumph and we confirmed on our side that there's no issue about it. The Platinum time is just a bonus to help you get a higher score.

Also just happened to my fireteam. We killed all ads, both tormentors, finished within bonus time, Platinum flashed up on screen, but the triumph doesnt record this.

Figured it out bud. All you have to do is kill all the adds up top and down below before damage phase. Tormentor can be ignored. Kill all other adds and it’s an easy 500k for triumph

Edited by Dredgen Truth: 5/8/2024 1:14:39 AMQuestion Are you killing the tormentors? If not, then that would be why. The triumph doesn't care about your time, it cares about your score. Platinum time just gives a score bonus, it's irrelevant to whether or not you clear the triumph.

Weird. I just ran Pantheon and it counted for me.

Same issue. Cleared twice and it's bugged

My team had this happen as well. We beat it with plenty of time left, over 2m and we all got the platinum graphic as well as the drops, but didnt count on the achievement
