One of the benefits of being able to farm rolls so quickly is that you can get a far better idea than when farming something like GMs. I've been chasing lunas howl in a PvP 5/5 and can confidently say I've pulled as a conservative estimate well over 70 rolls. I've noticed the frequency at which good PvP perks pop up is far less frequent than trash and PvE perks. Eye or the storm and slide shot appear I would say at a ratio of 1:5 compared to heal clip and elightened action and subsistence and I would say similarly for precision instrument for desperate measures. To put it in to perspective I haven't even kept a good PvP roll because I know that I will undoubtedly pull several more heal clip, incandescent/kill clip rolls before a slide, precision instrument pops up . I have pulled probably half a dozen shiny luna's and none of them are anything respectable. It's crazy how every other roll weapon I have pulled virtually exactly what I'm looking for within hours and even pulled what I want on some weapons without even having them focused, yet it honestly feels as though bungie knows what the PvP chase rolls are and that the PvP community couldn't care less about pantheon so in order to keep people busy and playing they're going to keep the hand cannon PvP community farming lunas for the next 3 weeks.
