I went to buy my weekly 3 ascendant shards from rahool, and realized after the second that I couldn't buy the normal ones, only the discounted. When I looked to see why, it said I didn't have enough space. I went to my inventory, and sure enough, didn't have any shards in it. I looked in my postmaster, but it only had my normal 4, no extras. Just to be sure, I bought my third one from rahool, and didn't get a notification that I got a shard (not sure if I did the first 2 times, because I wasn't paying attention.) Now, I'm down 30k glimmer, 30 prisms, and can't buy any more of the discounted ones this week. Edit: To be clear, I'm not asking to be reimbursed, I'm asking to have the issue fixed so it doesn't happen again.
