REPRO STEPS: Hipfire Skyburner's Oath into a cabal shield without hitting the center point. ACTUAL RESULT: The shot from Skyburner's Oath will pass through the cabal holding the shield not dealing any damage, but any enemies behind them will take damage from that shot and have scorch applied as normal. EXPECTED RESULT: The hipfired shot from Skyburner's Oath would pass through the shield and connect with the cabal holding the shield, dealing damage to that enemy and applying scorch.
