Do not focus legendary engrams at Rahool until the Mobility spike bug is rolled back
Why bother focusing any exotic engrams if they’ll steal 20-30 points from any stat to allocate it to Mobility? Could be useful for the Hunter but it’s the worst build breaking bug in game. You’re better off farming Legendary Lost Sectors.
