I took a break from Destiny 2 for 4+ years and have come back to check things out again. Went to Xur and his engram only gave me things I already had. I thought Outbreak Perfected might be fun to mess with but it's not a buyable option as a video I saw suggested. It's nice Rahool has new description options but pretty annoying you can't use it to sway getting something you don't have into your favor. Am I missing something or is this the same never get new exotics annoyance that I was experiencing when I first left the game?
