Neomuna- Vex Incursion. The chest at the end will give you an exotic armor piece that you do not already have.

There are a number of exotics that are considered “world drop” those + Hawkmoon are the only ones you can get from Xur. (Hawkmoon is on 2nd page and you can trade exotic cyphers for) Exotic Cyphers can be obtained from the season pass or by completing a weekly quest from Xur. (You can only do it once per week). Cyphers can also be spent at the “Monument to Lost Lights” at the tower. This has everything from Vanilla and Forsaken Quests and anything from Shadowkeep - Lightfall season pass weapons. There are a few caveats to the monument. - You can only get exotics from expansions you own (you can’t get Tresspasser without owning Witch Queen) - Old Raid Exotics require Spoils of Conquest too. This can be obtained by opening secret chests in Raids. They explain this as part of the New Light campaign. There are also other exotics you can obtain, but most of them require expansions (quests associated with them) or from the current seasons. There are also 4 (next week this is 5) exotics from Exotic Missions. There is a rotator playlist here: Director > Legends > Exotic Mission Rotator. This will change between 3 different ones each week and can get you an exotic each by completing it (and their Catalysts from legend difficulty). Whisper (and outbreak once we get to Tuesday) will be available in their exotic missions all the time until the Final Shape here: Director > Into the Light. They’ll be moved to the Rotator once the Final Shape releases.
