Bug with a quest to buy weapons
I can't level up to rank 4.
And the quest (purchasing weapons from Banshee-44) does not count for me.
I have already bought weapons from him 3 times and the quest does not count.

А имено у меня не засчитывается квест (покупка оружия у банши-44)
Я у него купил оружие уже 3 раза и квест не засчитывается.

To confirm, you are buying a weapon directly from his inventory and not focusing the world drops/opening engrams. The weapons that should count for that quest are on page 2 of his vendor screen - you should be able to see the arrow to move over to it on his screen
