I've been through the ringer with clan leading, I'm tired of toxic people wanting to be apart of a clan and then coming into the clan just to mess things up or challenge you, there's just no point, So I humbly ask that you don't do this and really read this post, it's hard being a female clan leader, And I hate when people say that it's not gender based but it really is, destiny is more so a male driven game and male clan leaders get more respect, I'm gonna openly talk about my clan, I'm looking for component, independent players, Yes my clan is formed by me and run by myself and a friend of mine, it's a small clan of 27 people, EASTERN TIME ZONE because that's important, This is for People who just like to grind by themselves or with friends, Some of the people in my clan are people from other clans Who just wanted a chill, safe place to be in, This clan Is very casual, quiet most times and very socially active over discord, I do have friends in this clan, I do have people that I talk to, but I wouldn't necessarily describe it as a clique, but I do need anyone and everyone who is interested in my clan to understand just how we operate as a clan, I don't care if clan mates are playing solo or with others, I just want people to be active enough, have respect for me and others - it's really not that hard, I use to want the perfect clan but it took me sometime to find out that perfect doesn't exist, it's the people who make the clan A clan, it's who you surround yourself with, I'm very thankful that everyone is smart enough to play Destiny without me holding hands, my mindset is if you're a solo player, why join a clan with other players ? If you don't intend to play with anyone but that's just my mindset, I've had others even leave the clan because they wanted "More" like actual clans that run raids together, But honestly if any of my clan mates want to run a raid - They use the fire team finder, some people aren't really comfortable running raids and I don't force people to do anything , all I want is for everyone to be a good human being, so if this clan sounds like a place for you, this clan is a safe place for people to be in, it was designed to be a safe place, the people who are in this clan are people who got tired of the same old clan BS, it's a very chill clan, most of the time everyone is doing their own thing, smaller clans are easier to manage, I don't mind if you have friends either, you can bring them but just keep in mind that this clan basically runs itself And everyone is doing their own thing, no funny business, NO bs, if your socially friendly, play well with others, respectable, understand that this is just a game, your not an elitist snob, You don't expect raids all the time, you just need a safe place to be, I got you hit me up through private message and we can talk more.
