Starcrossed mission missing
The Starcrossed mission for the wish-keeper is missing from the helm. I was trying to run it on legend to get the catalysts..

You need to get the quest up to step 29 on your character for starcrossed to unlock - its not account wide. You may need to clear it on normal before legend pops up
