In Game Voice Chat stuck in Off position for my child's account
When I try turning on in-game voice chat for him, so that we can play together cross-platform, the voice chat button flickers and goes back to off. I already reviewed all his privacy settings on PSN and nothing is restricted on voice. Is there Destiny/Bungie level parental controls that I have to adjust?
