I've been trying to change my name for about a month now and I know I had an available name change before the April 9th update 2024 because I've had the same original name since D1 Y2. With the given additional name change on the April 9th update I should technically have 2 name changes available (if it works that way) but I have yet to be able to change my name or even picture, bio, background and Ive tried using multiple different devices including computers, phones, and tablets. Perhaps my name has already been taken? If so how do I see a list of taken names ( I also have a 2nd name I have been trying and that won't work either). (Please help and not just send a link to the help page, the help page doesn't actually help.) Thank you to anyone who can help!
