when I wrote suspension I meant banned. anyway, I don't see the reason why I have been banned even after I appeal a ban and write to them it gives me the same answer, I think it's automatic bot with the same message without going through and knowing if there is a problem with me or not. also, I didn't cheat didn't say any curses to anybody played clean but still got banned for what reason I don't know also my pc got hacked recently and quieted the game for few months after that my account was good without any bans and when I got back to return back to play saw my account banned. since then, I wrote messages and appealing ban but without any good answer only a bot answering the same answer to everybody.

then tell me tuxy why someone gets banned for no reason they can check my gameplay if I was cheating or doing some suspicious things. And ofcourse I want to know what I have done wrong if I got banned, I want to know what caused me a ban if I was playing normally. Imagine you play a game and give it most of your time paying for some stuff playing a lot then you quit for some time after that when you return you see your account banned without knowing what you have done wrong

Nobody in the history of anything has ever been banned for “no reason”. There is always a valid reason. Why were you banned? No idea, but it’s very likely you already know. If I'm aware what caused my account a ban do you think that I'm going to write here on the forum and by emailing you guys to appeal a ban If you know tell me so I won't waste my time anymore for the appealing and writing in here and will take responsible for what reason caused me a ban and respect your decision.

You cannot use the forums to appeal.

I have no reason to pretend to be innocent if I did anything wrong like you said I will never write for something that I'm sure that I'm wrong when I did it anyway thx for the response I will try on the appealing until I know what the reason thx again and take care
