Who can i contact for account help?
can’t unlink my old xbox account because i don’t have the details anymore, so i can’t add my new xbox account to play the game. can ii get some some help i beg, i literally haven’t been able to play the game

Bungie have no direct line of contacts for this besides the forums. In your case as you have cross-save enabled the only way you'll be able to link your new Xbox account will be to regain access to the older one -> deactivate cross save -> unlink it -> link the new one -> wait 90 days -> reactivate cross-save Bungie will not forcibly deactivate cross-save for you to move to a different profile and they also won't forcibly unlink the account
