Have not received “My Serious Face Emblem” code yet

When I purchased the new Cayde-6 Funko Pop back in February I used the wrong email and was told by Store Support to contact them on the 9th April. I contacted them with the right email, but I still haven’t heard back from them so I wanted to make sure I haven’t been forgotten. I can provide any details required! Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you :)
