After attuning for Midnight Coup I received 9 guns and none were Midnight Coup

What is 0.5^9 and with several thousand players how likely is it someone is going to get hit? I feel the frustration and I have seen streaks of not getting what I attuned but I have seen the other side of its rng as well. As far as my drops go overall, it fits their communicated chance.
