Legend Onslaught, Point?
As it stands, it's much more efficient to simply do the first ten waves, kill boss, and back out. Which is, honestly bad design. Why is it not a guaranteed shiny weapon for completing all 50 waves and final boss?

Outside of the emblem I really don’t think there is a point. I have done a couple match-made normal 50 waves and gotten two shiny weapons already. If legend guaranteed your attuned drop as a shiny at the end then I might at least consider it

The point was to offer a mode for players that don't want to fall asleep. And the emblem. And a little bit more rewards.

5 RepliesThe point is that people are running 150-450 waves of Legend Onslaught a day and getting 0 shinies from all those Legend chests. Thats the point. The point is -blam!- the players. -blam!- them real good. Bungie style.

The point.. double drops.. You get about twice as many chances at the drops then you will in normal.
