Contact platform support for the platform you did the preorder on. Most/all platforms cancelled the majority of the preorders once the delay was announced - you will need them to look into it.

Thank you, I checked and saw that. It was just odd a few of my friends never had it canceled for them, but mine was. Weird.

On Xbox my preorder wasn't cancelled but I'm assuming that was due to paying fully in MS account credit compared to others on my F/L that were paying via Debit/Credit cards
