Cascade Point bugged with Hullabaloo
Cascade Point does not work on Hullabaloo. I have 2 rolls of it, both with CP, and it does not work on either. It won't even trigger. Please look into this, it's our only heavy Arc Wave Frame, and having perks not work on it severely hampers buildcrafting, since there are no substitutes.
