Dragonfly usually works completely as intended, but about 5-10% of the time, I will get a headshot kill, complete with the 'pop' sound and yellow damage numbers, but the Dragonfly explosion will not happen at all. As someone who uses Dragonfly weapons almost exclusively, 5-10% of the time is very noticeable, every 10-20 headshot kills. It seems like nobody has posted a bug report using the hashtag #Dragonfly since 2019, but as somebody who absolutely loves the perk, I just wanted it to be known that this is an issue that has been in the game for at least 7 years, and is not in Destiny's "Known Issues" tracker. An update or acknowledgement of this issue would be greatly appreciated.
