is it possible to buy season of the witch pass rewards since i missed the season

Hey there. There is no way to buy the rewards. If you'd levelled the reward track up during the season, acquiring the season pass here in Season of the Wish would let you claim the premium rewards up to the level you reached. But if you did not play at all, there is no way to get the rewards.
