The Into The Light update was supposed to give us another name change token, but mine isn't working for some reason. When I try to change my name, the "Save Settings" button appears, but when I click it nothing happens. The button just loads for a second then goes back to normal. When I reload the page nothing has changed. I can update my status and my profile icon and everything else, but the name change isn't working. I'm certain I haven't used the token already since the name is still the same as it was before, and the new name I want adheres to Bungie's name change policies. I've tried completing the change on a different browser, on a mobile browser, and on the mobile app, none of which made a difference. Please help.
