Pre-order Bonus, Pyramid Ship.
I pre-ordered The Final Shape on release day and I saw today that there was the Pyramid Ship exotic listed as a pre-order bonus. However, I can see it in collections but it shows that it's not available. I haven't seen any other info about it, unless someone said something while I was typing.
Edit: Found it in the Special Deliveries kiosk right after I posted this. LOL. Honestly should have checked there first.

It's also possible that your order got canceled like what happened to me. My card happened to expire right around the original release so Microsoft canceled my order and I had to re-preorder.

Came here looking to see what was being said about the ship. Thanks for the heads up! It was in my special deliveries as well.

Who do I contact to fix this because I pre ordered and the ship is no where. Not the tower or at earth.

For xbox at least when the date changed for final shape my pre-order had been automatically canceled by microsoft so I had to pre-order it again

They Pyramid Ship flying is one of those things that's just perfectly funny enough.
