Requires Quest Progress: "Feats of Bravery"
Have spoken to Shaxx and been given no quest, not in the quest vault either.

Go there follow the robot to the end through a bunch of doors past where you first see him because the -blam!- wont talk to you till he spawns at the end. Also you require lvl 1810 or higher to do it.
