Bring back leviathan raids please
With all the old destiny 1 raids that we have now. I think it’s time to bring back all the old leviathan raids and maybe throw SotP in there too. They were just so fun to do and pretty easy to learn. I get how it could make the game take up more storage and be a bigger download but still. I’m sure the player base would still love to do those raids.

Currently, we have the legends section in the directory. This would be the perfect place to put both the Leviathan Raid & even older campaigns that were once removed. Personally I'd love to see both the older raids and older campaigns come back. In addition, I believe we're also lacking wrath of the machine at the moment.

Especially Crown of Sorrows - I'd love to see how first timers try to figure out the mechanic for (technically if you count the jumps as 2nd) 3rd encounter, or see if the jumping puzzle skip still works

NLs should be able to basically complete it right out of the gate or within a short time playing the game with some low tier guns. Veterans would be happy to just re-experience it again and as for loot could be updated to give New Lights some strong weapons to obtain early on. Having a very easy raid geared towards New Lights could do wonders for the game reception from new players that might be jumping in with multiple friends at once.

Honestly at this point for me, the base game does not feel worth it with how little a newer player can get out of it. Having all those raids back would make a new player experience a lot better and would probably bring in more players in the long run. Doesn't help them against the ~$300 - ~$500 price tag on the game for everything else, but it would at least be a start.

Yes I'd love to have back the rest of the content I paid for. I already there's a Bungie addict that will say it so be gone with your license agreement argument because did we really have a choice.

We need less recycled content in Destiny 2. For a game that’s years old. We are lucky in a way we are actually getting content added but guess what it’s all recycled content with the same maps and weapons we had years ago just with different perks. Yawn!

I also hope leviathan raids come back. Especially with eager edge and strand for calus encounter.

1 ReplyYes. While they're hopefully bringing back the boss fights (like Argos and Insurrection) it isn't the same as having the full Raid. After all, normal Raid encounters can be just as memorable as the boss fights. Like the Pleasure Gardens or Botza Streets.
