Deleted steam account, transfer save?

Some time ago I deleted my steam account so I am not able to access it any longer. Is it possible to transfer the data from 1 steam account to a new one?

Can any admin perhaps comment? I have over 2000+ hours on my steam account and I can see from the cross save tab that the data is still there. I do not want to lose my progress and gear, especially the gear.
