Unable to add friend cross platform + bugged out friend request
So I tried adding my friend using bungie name. My friend is Har-Ree#2849. So on his end I am his friend in game, but on mine he isnt. and sometimes it says i am his friend on my list.
his friend request is also permanently unable to be accepted or declined, it also occasionally pop up in game as notifications.
