Crash while the loading screen is displaying

Description: When i tried opening destiny 2 my game crashes after displaying the big loading screen shown after the verifying files text. i tried re installing the game and i did 2 times but it didnt work, my gpu and windows are both on the latest version. i even tried verifying destiny 2 files. but no luck.
