On PC, why am I not able to choose from the existing characters on my account?
Having bought a gaming PC over a year ago I did install the game and link my account to it. However, whenever I open up Destiny 2 and sign in on the computer, I'm immediately brought to the character creation screen.
If my account is all linked up, shouldn't I be able to login as the characters I've already created on PlayStation consoles?

You would need to follow the steps at Bungie.net/CrossSave, taking care to choose your PSN characters as active if you wish to enable cross save.
