Hunter stasis super is quite weak in pve in terms of damage dealt to boss targets. Test it out in gambit and you will see.

1 ReplyMost if not all Stasis supers are weak against endgame content, while a case can be made for Behemoth this really only works on stationary targets on the ground. We need a second super for each class.

We need a Stasis 2.0 I don't know why Light subclasses get a new super in final shape, making it there 3rd super, when Stasis and Strand only have 1 Bungie is biased torward the light , has they should be lore wise, but not good gameplay wise -
Yea or do what they did to the Titan create a exotic that create one or two giant stationary stasis tornados that deal massive damage

1 ReplyOne Maelstrom does about the same damage as 1 S&S with Whisper of Durance. Though it's worth noting as well that it's one of those supers that turn enemies to hazards unlike Maelstrom. The more enemies you can freeze, the more damage you can do.

Honestly, a buffed storm genade can do more damage, I swear.

15 RepliesSo does Nova Warp, Stormtrance, Spectral Blades, Fists of Havoc and every other crowd control super. Psst. It’s not meant for boss dps…
-
It's more of a CC super than dps, Closer to teather

Mask of Bakris use to boost the super's damage after a dodge as the buff use to say for arc weapons and against slowed/frozen targets. Now it's just terrible surge mods that is proven as a nerf as the dps is a lot lower.

11 RepliesThere is an exotic that works really well to increase super damage just from gathering orbs. Google it.

While it needs a buff I wouldn't use gambit for testing. Bosses in gambit take massively reduced damage as they use pvp damage bases rather than pve. It's even more so the case for supers and heavies in which they basically deal half damage against enemies.

1 ReplyWhy tf are you using that super on a boss lmao

It's a crowd control super

Also Revenant isn’t a boss dps super it’s for ad clearing or cc. If you’re using it on a boss that’s where the problem is. Not saying it’s useless against a boss but that’s not where it excels at.
