Void scatter grenades should not damage the one throwing them
I can stand in the middle of my own boiling hot solar grenade no problem, but if I throw a void scatter grenade in a player's face and I'm too close to the blast I take damage or even kill myself. This makes no sense at all. You should not take any damage from your own grenade.
