Into the Light Twitch Emblem did not track progress
Hello! There was no other option or contact form that was close enough in topic to the Twitch Emblem issues. I submitted a contact form and they told me to post here. I watched both (current) Into the Light live streams all the way through but my progress for both emblems only registered at "1% of 3 hours" and "5% of 1 hour" Is there anyway to retroact any of the view time or extend the final live stream for 3 hours? The pictures I attached show that my account to twitch is linked properly, and the rewards are up to date other than the emblem progress (I have both the Lightfall, and Final Shape emblems from the live streams without any issues). I also made sure my account is linked and works because I received 2 of the diamond medals during Guardian Games. Is there anything that you all can do? Thanks for what you guys do, Into the Light looks great, and I can't wait for Final Shape!

1 ReplyI also have the same issue. I watched every stream. Was not late and did not leave until an hour after it Twitch said the stream was over. I think the problem for tracking is the issue here. Upon logging in for stream 3 I was at 50%, after the first hour I was at only 78%, when I closed out completely, I was at 98%. Mind you that's including the two other streams. So according to your stream times, I am at 3 hrs 50 mins in all. I should have been completely. And I know there were many more in that chat in the same exact boat. Please fix this, y'all have had more than enough issues with bad press lately.
