If so, it’s buggy, I replied to someone else and this method worked for a few people: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/263784365/0/0/1 Keep the orders in your inventory. Go back and make them drop orders again. Delete yours, don’t pick up new ones. Go to orbit, it’ll send missed items to postmaster including the orders so it should complete the step and go to the next step
